Terms and Conditions For Cafu Subscription Plans
These Supplemental Terms (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of CAFU GO, a subscription program offered by CAFU. In addition to these Terms, purchase and use of CAFU GO is also subject to CAFU’s Terms of Use, available here.
1. Scope and Eligibility
CAFU GO is a monthly subscription program that is available to all the Users with an active CAFU Account, and a valid payment method registered on the CAFU App.
Users may be given an option to subscribe to CAFU GO through the CAFU App or CAFU's website. CAFU GO offers various subscription plans with different incentives, including but not limited to discounts on Services, loyalty rewards, proactive car care and priority support ("Incentives"). In addition to the Incentives, CAFU GO subscribers may also receive exclusive benefits from third parties who make available their products and services on discounted offers ("the Benefits") for CAFU GO subscribers ("the Partners") during the first month of the Launch only ("the Launch Period").
Upon the expiry of the Launch Period, the Benefits may continue to be available, but will be subject to the Partner's standard pricing and offers, at the Partner's sole discretion. CAFU is not responsible for ensuring that the Benefits remain available on the same terms and conditions as those offered during the Launch Period.
Incentives and Benefits provided under the CAFU GO subscription program are not cumulative with, and do not apply to, any other promotional offers, discounts, or special campaigns unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Subscription Plans
Details of each subscription plan and its pricing are available on the CAFU App or Website, as updated by CAFU from time to time. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that it has reviewed the subscription plans before they accept and purchase a Subscription Plan.
Users who have subscribed to CAFU GO may also receive various promotional offers during the period of their subscription, as decided/offered by CAFU from time to time in its sole discretion.
3. Payment And Renewal
When a User buys a subscription plan, it will be charged for the price of the subscription plan for the first billing cycle on the date of purchase, which activates the Incentives of the subscription plan and the Benefits.
Subscription fees will be charged to the User registered payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as the case may be) depending on the plan selected. The Users subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law. If payment methods in a User Account are declined, CAFU will prompt the User for a new payment method but reserves the right to terminate any unpaid subscription plan periods without further charge to the User.
The price of the subscription plan is inclusive of VAT. In the event of a change in the applicable VAT rate in the future, CAFU reserves the right to adjust the price of the Subscription Plan accordingly.

4. Cancellation Policy
The Users may cancel their CAFU GO subscription at any time via the CAFU App. Upon cancellation, their Incentives will remain active until the end of the current billing period but the Benefits from the Partners will stand revoked, if the cancellation was done during the Launch Period.
CAFU reserves the right to cancel a User's subscription plan and/or its access to CAFU GO if the use of the subscription plan is in a manner inconsistent with the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the intent of the CAFU GO program or any portion thereof.
Reasons for which CAFU may cancel a subscription plan and/or a User's access to CAFU include, but are not limited to:
violation of the Terms or Terms of Use;
violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of CAFU Go;
commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of CAFU Go; or action, in any other way, to the detriment of CAFU Go or any of its stakeholders; all as may be determined by CAFU in its sole discretion.
5. Service Availability
CAFU Go benefits are only valid within CAFU’s operational areas and during its operational hours, both of which may be updated from time to time.
6. Use of Incentives and Benefits
The Benefits will either be automatically applied when making a transaction through the CAFU App or Users may be required to carry out extra steps to make use of a Benefit on Partner's platform, which steps will be communicated to you by CAFU from time to time.
The availability of Incentives and Benefits is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and are offered in good faith, however they may not be available and are subject to change if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.
Incentives and Benefits provided under CAFU Go are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash, except where explicitly permitted.
Each Benefit may be subject to additional terms or limitations as published by the Partner on its website from time to time. When redeeming Benefits offered by a Partner, separate terms and conditions will apply. Please review these terms carefully. By engaging with a Partner, the User agrees to comply with their terms and conditions. Any violation of a Partner’s terms, rules, or restrictions may result in denial of access to the Benefit or CAFU Services, and forfeiture of any amounts paid.
7. Amendments
CAFU reserves the right to modify or terminate any and all subscription plans under the CAFU GO program, including their pricing, incentives, and associated benefits, and these Terms, at any time. Such changes may take effect immediately, at the start of the User's next billing cycle, or on a date determined by CAFU. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the CAFU app or their registered email address. CAFU may, among other things:
Change these Terms applicable to CAFU Go including eligibility to or availability of Subscription Plans and the rules and terms that govern them;
Increase or decrease the number of incentives or Benefits available; and/or add or modify rules for redeeming Benefits, including blackout dates for use of Benefits.
8. Disclaimer
CAFU and its Affiliates make no representation, and give no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the availability, accuracy, timeliness, cost, quality or fitness of goods, services or products provided through CAFU APP. CAFU and its Affiliates will also have no liability if any Partner improperly denies any User the right to avail the Benefit or provides the User with unsatisfactory service or product on redemption of the Benefit.
