Yes, you can order up to 20 Liters of Petrol worth AED 200.
Unfortunately, we deliver only Super 98 petrol.
On occasion, jump-starting may not resolve the issue. Our team will suggest other options to help you in your emergency. Please note, call out fees of AED 100 will still apply.
You should be present in the location to hand over your vehicle to the Recovery Agent.
No mechanical repairs will be done on site.
You should make sure that the tow hooks are there in your vehicle to tow the car on to the recovery.
If the vehicle is locked in the gear, you will have to manage to get the gear released to neutral for us to tow your car. We can still pull your car on to the recovery if you are taking the responsibility for any damages to your vehicle at the time of loading or unloading.
For any modified cars with lower ground clearance you will have to take the responsibility for any damages to your vehicle at the time of loading or unloading.
Your flat or damaged tyre will be replaced using your vehicle’s spare tyre. Please note that we do not provide a tyre for this service.
